Winged Girls Icon entry

WHYYYYY can't they give us a bigger limit than 30kb??? That's just not enough for a decent animation!! It looked so much more pretty before i had to cut the frames and colors down.

Constructive criticism on the animation would be greatly appreciated. Even if you don't know anything about animation tell me if something doesn't seem right.

Edit2: It seems Photoshop lies. It said it was 29.3 kb but it was really like 30.3 kb! trying to disqualify me eh?!! Well it's fixed and its under 30k now.

When trying to get the size down I was afraid to touch the dither percent or the lossy percent but in low doses they're actually a great way to lower the size without visibly ruining the quality. I was able to go from 64 colors to 200 colors (see its much brighter now) and still be smaller!

Edit3: I won!!! See? See? its on the group icon!! (until they get a new icon at least). I'm so happy! Its the first time I've won a contest on da (that had a prize anyway). I'll be getting a 1 month subscription and I'll have to think about what to do with it.
